One room is handicapped accessible with twin beds, a stall shower and access to a large deck via a patio door. Two rooms have queen sized canopy beds, while the other two have king sized beds. One room features a whirlpool bath. Our central location offers easy access to a number of attractions and outdoor activities. In nearby Whycocomagh, there are several hiking trails as well as a picnic park, a public wharf and a beach. You can also take a one-hour cruise of the Bras d'Or Lakes from here for a small fee. A 20 minute drive in the other direction will take you to Baddeck, where you can visit the Alexander Graham Bell Museum, go shopping in one of the many gift shops, or play a round of golf at Bell Bay, which offers incredible views from nearly every hole, as well as great golf. From Baddeck, you can also access the Cabot Trail. 'The Trail' offers breathtaking scenery, beaches, hiking trails and gift shops, as well as a great deal of wildlife. Keep an eye out for moose - they're a common sight on the Cabot Trail. But also be careful - the moose are often seen on the road.
